 "物流园区一物流中心一配送中心"三级体系设置，物流节点布局为环状层次型，规划在辛集市内设置两 个不同规模、不同性质的物流园区，四个物流中心，六个配送中心。 以保税园区为核心的启动区，一期仓储面积10万平方米，年货物周转量100万吨，在其北部规划建设多 期，1500亩的冻品商贸集散、冷链仓储、肉类及水产加工、分拨物流配送等为主体的冻品产业链。
