辛集市行政审批局已正式挂牌运行。首批将原来分散的315项审批职能划转 至行政审批局，划转事项多，涵盖内容广泛。审批事项实现了 "一枚印章管审 批”的目标，实行了 “百证联办”、"多证合一”便利化登记审批，让办事群 众进一扇门，办成一揽子事，只需盖一枚章，真正达到便民的目的。 

着力深化"放管服”改革，企业开办时间压缩到3个工作日以内，198项行 政许可事项实现"最多跑一次”，734项政务服务实现在线办理，网上可办率达到99.19%。
